Theory Training
The trainer would help the one training through a review of the theory training using numerous visual aids. The one training will work out of a manual that includes all the necessary rules. Other subject matters such as safe operating measures, various machine kinds including various sizes and associated applications, pre-use inspections and general work place safety are individually explored.
Theory Evaluation
The Theory Evaluation begins with a written test based upon the concepts covered in the operator's reference guidebook. These tests are graded and returned to the ones training. After that the exams are reviewed to ensure understanding and a minimum score of 70 percent is needed in order to pass this portion of the training.
Practical Training
The practical training is included in the hands-on portion. It is here that the ones training are shown the safe operating procedures, like the parking and shutdown measures and the pre-use check procedures. Every trainee has the chance to operate the equipment and practice the skills they learned during Theory Training under the course trainer's helpful eye in an environment that is safety controlled.
Practical Evaluation
The Practical Evaluation is where the ones training are evaluated to assure they have reached a minimum level of skill. The ones training are then assessed on an individual basis using the machinery in a reasonably difficult course setting. As soon as the assessment is done, the ones training are de-briefed and given the opportunity to address whichever problems they may have regarding whatever portion of the program. Each successful trainee's employer would be sent the official documents and records shortly after the course has been finished.
