Ottawa Crane Operator Certification - Crane Operator Certification is a process that enables individuals to earn a certificate to be able to operate certain kinds of cranes. The fundamental capabilities that are required consist of a normal field of vision, depth perception, coordination, manual dexterity and reaction time.
